Yolanda Guzman was born October 1, 1938 in Culican, Sinaloa, Mexico. She passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 23, 2025 surrounded by her loved ones.

She will be remembered for her kindness and for her giving heart. Yolanda loved to cook and share with everyone. That brought her great joy.

Above all, she was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend who will be greatly missed.

Yolanda was preceded in death by her husband Luis Guzman; her son, Javier Perez and by Javier's father, Pepe Perez.

She is lovingly survived by her beloved son, and daughter-in-law, Angel Perez and wife Frances; her step-children, Loretta, Rose and Jose Guzman; her dear sister, Sochi; four grandchildren, Fabian, Shantel, Angelo and Fabian; five great grandchildren, Javier, Franki, Fabian, Damian and Leia; as well as other family members and friends who loved and will miss her greatly.

Services will be held at St Therese Catholic Church, 4th and Mildred NW, on Friday, May 2, 2025. A Mass will be celebrated at 9:00 am.
