Viola Atwood, Born March 31, 1940; passed away on February 17, 2025; 84 years young.

She was a wonderful, devoted sister, cousin, aunt, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother.

She was always there when we needed her the most. She touched the lives of all who knew her. She dedicated herself showing how a mother should be loving, forgiving, merciful, understanding, wise and patient.

She was preceded in death by her husband Sylvester Atwood Jr.; daughter Monica Mares; and son Manuel S. Atwood Sr.

She is survived by her: Sister Evelyn Gonzales; daughter Lee Viola Atwood; son Marcos & Vera Atwood; and daughter Herman & Simonita Chacon.

24 great grandchildren - Alycia Langley, Alizah Langly, Raylynn Langley, Samuel Langley, Davina Mares, Alexis Martinez, Julian Martinez, Aiden Martinez, Arianna Martinez, Amaya Martinez, Dajanae Clay, Devontae Clay, Casey McDaniel, Jazzlyn Atwood, Uriah Atwood, Angelo Atwood, Jaden Atwood, Elijah Atwood, Jacob Atwood, Noah Atwood, Ezekiel Atwood, Analia Atwood, Karma Butler, Caspian Atwood.

3 great great grandchildren - Colton Black, Conner Lee Cook, Javier Estrada.

Viola will be greatly missed but not forgotten, she will remain imbedded in the hearts of all who love her.
