Timothy William Garcia, aka Matrix, a beloved husband, son, brother, father, godfather, grandpa, uncle and believer, passed away peacefully on November 25, 2025.

Tim was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Nick Valencia and Pearl Garcia.

He is survived by his wife Lori Garcia; Sons Jimmy Aragon and Russell Montoya; Brothers Anthony Garcia, James Garcia and Henry Garcia; daughters in law Nicole Aragon and Samantha Montoya; Sisters Patricia Ornelas and Dolores Garcia; Grandsons Asher Aragon, Oliver Aragon and August Aragon; and Granddaughter Azalea Aragon.

He was preceded in death by his son Estevan Montoya and his Pompo Fermin Gonzales Jr.

Tim met Lori in Albuquerque and were together for 16 years, married for 9. They met through a mutual friend for a Monday night football game. After the game they were never apart.

Tim was a mechanic by trade and loved motorcycles. He was a man that built bridges and never burned them. He loved Jesus deeply and never hid it. His faith was steady and loud in the best way, and he was always encouraging people to lean into God and get plugged into a church. He is with Jesus, the one he loved. He is whole and at peace.
