Sue Frances (Scott) Battey was a vibrant, loving, fun and beautiful soul.  She is loved and will be missed by all of her family and friends.  The loss of Sue will be especially felt by her loving husband of almost 48 years and her four children.  Sue was a talented artist and loved to dance and play shuffleboard with her sweetheart at the Solo Club.

She is preceded in death by her mother Patricia "Patty" and father William "Scotty" and older brother William "Bill" and son-in-law Daniel "Danny".

Sue is survived by her loving husband Lewis; her children, Donna and husband Jerry, Diane, David, Debbie and husband Pat; and her grandchildren, Brett and wife Alisha, Michael and wife Chika, Ginger and Cody, Phaedra and husband John and Stetson, Nicole and husband Chris, Brooke and husband Jeff, Kassidy and husband Matthew and Logan; Step-grandchildren Phillip and wife Rissa, Erin and husband David, and Megan; and great-grandchildren, Payson and Leo, Lincoln, Cameron and Evelyn, Gabby, Kellan, Kennedy, Benjamin and Bentley, Sawyer and Sloane, Tristan and Kallie; and her loving sister Cindy and husband Roger.

A memorial service will held on Saturday, July 8, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Solo Club Inc., 2500 Candelaria Rd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
