In Loving Memory of
Sammy Gonzales
1967 - 2026
Our beloved Sammy took his last breath on this Earth and his first breath in Heaven on Wednesday, January 21st, 2026. It is a tremendous loss to his family and friends as he was dearly loved by everyone.
Sammy was a jokester who loved fishing, camping and spending time with friends and family. He loved listening to KANW and was always ready to help anyone whenever they needed him as he was quite a handyman. He was known to be an excellent cook and he loved doing it. Sammy's salsa was the best as was his green chili, red chili, beans and calabasitas. His smile, generosity, loving kindness and witty disposition will be missed by all who knew and loved him. But most of all, we will miss his physical presence and just being able to see his smile and to have those wonderful conversations with him. We take comfort in knowing he is safe in the arms of Jesus. Fly high precious Sammy. We love you and will deeply miss you.
Sammy was preceded in death by his father, Fermin Gonzales; mother, Joanna; daughter, Juliette and by his grandson, Orlando Fermin. He is survived by his partner, Annadine; son, Steven; daughter in law, Berniece; brother, Phil Gonzales; sister, Rhonda Quintana; grandsons, Gabriel, Andrew, Jacob, Joseph and Damien; mother-in-law, Annie and numerous extended family members and friends who will miss him greatly.
