Robert Neal Wright was born April 29, 1946 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  He passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 12, 2023.  Robert was a born again Christian and will be remembered as a loving grandfather. He honorably served his country on an aircraft carrier in the US Navy attaining the rank of Yeoman third class. Robert worked with Darlene at UNM hospitals until their retirement when they spent their days together at their home in Albuquerque. Robert was always building or tinkering with something as a hobby whether that was making homemade circuits boards or LED yard lights for Darlene his wife. When he wasn't helping Darlene with various things, he'd be studying the bible and reading conspiracy theories. Robert always loved science fiction movies and theories and would always share with myself (Donovan Rivera and my girlfriend) every Sunday for two years over lunch while enjoying time with him and his little dog Bentely. He was a great man always willing to help wherever needed and always caring for others no matter his own personal situation. Robert was loved and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 33 years, Darlene Wright. Robert is survived by his two sons, Tim and Darin Wright as well as his step-son Dean. Robert is also survived by his grandson, Donovan. No formal services are planned at this time.
