Reuben Micheal Krussick

1993 - 2025

Reuben Micheal Krussick, "Reuby", was born March 5, 1993 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Our beloved and devoted son, brother, father, uncle, cousin and friend, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.

Reuby will be remembered as a man of many extraordinary talents. He was an amazing artist, especially in the area of tattoos, and musician with a wonderful singing voice. He was well known throughout Albuquerque as the lead singer for "Louder Than Sirens" and "Whole Hearted" and they were invited to perform at many venues around town.

Reuby was gifted and blessed in so many ways and was one of the most determined people. When he put his mind to something, it was easily achieved. He enjoyed and excelled in the sport of BMX Racing and Freestyle BMX. He aspired to and actually attended Woodard Camp and was then asked to join their team of pro's to train the next younger generation of BMX Riders; all amazing accomplishment and dreams of his. As well, Reuby had a tremendous sense of humor, lived and enjoyed life to the fullest; but most of all, he loved and treasured his family.

He was preceded in death by his beloved cousin, Lizzy Elias McCarty and several friends.

Reuby is survived by his dear parents, Stephanie and Aaron, Sam and Laura; his three loved daughters, Skyler, Ellie and Seylah; sister, Reagan; brother, Samuel; grandparents, Dorothy "Bona" and Volney Scanlan, Bruce and Roberta Redd, Joe Krussick, Malcolm and Antoinette Grubbs; aunts and uncles, Vicky, Mark, Cheryl, Jon, Joey, Amanda, Rachel and Shawnte; many cousins; other family members and friends who loved and will miss him greatly.

Services will be held at Anchor Point Church, 6751 Pasilla Rd. NE. Rio Rancho, NM. 87144, on Friday, September 26, 2025.  The viewing will begin at 1:00pm. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 pm with a reception following.

Pallbearers will be Samuel, Matt, Adrian, Kody, James, Jacob, JP, Matty, Wyatt and Ethan.
