Rebekah Cowell Hoopman, age 36, passed away on August 19, 2026, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico.

Rebekah will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Jasmine Hoopman; her mother, Pamela Cowell; her father, Jody Cowell; and her grandmothers, Hope Del Palacio and Jean Cowell. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends, and others whose lives were touched by her.

Rebekah had a love for travel and especially enjoyed visiting some of her favorite places, including the beautiful islands of Hawaii and the vibrant city of New Orleans. These special destinations brought her happiness and created memories that she treasured.

Rebekah’s life was far too short, but the love she shared and the memories she created will remain in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

May her memory bring comfort to those who loved her and remain a lasting reminder of the special place she held in their hearts.
