Priscilla Cordova went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 16, 2023. Priscilla was born to Alberto Martinez and Lorenzita Martinez, on July 27, 1939 in the family home. Priscilla was preceded in death by her sister Terri and her brothers George and Edward.

Priscilla recalled fondly working in the production of Los Faralitos at Queen of Heaven Church. She also recalled fondly her time participating in theater at the Kimo Theater. She was also involved at UNM's performing arts theater. She recalled experiencing much joy from this part of her life.

Priscilla loved her partner in crime, her best friend, Lydia, who she knew since the 5th grade. Throughout her life with Lydia, they enjoyed playing Gin Rummy together, taking many vacations together and spending time together often. They lived a block away from each other, so were never far apart.

Priscilla expressed, before her passing, that she was extremely grateful for all who visited her and cared for her at the end of her life. Priscilla was extremely outgoing and was loved by all who knew her. She was a social butterfly and loved people. She will be greatly missed and will forever be thought of fondly with a smile.

Priscilla is survived by her children; sons, Steve, Robert and Jude; daughters, Gina and Susan. Priscilla had many grandchildren and many great-grandchildren as well as other family members and friends who loved and will miss her.

Priscilla took great care of her parents till their passing. Priscilla cared for her brother as well, until he passed away. Priscilla cared for many of her family members throughout her life. A time of visitation and reflection will be held in the chapel of Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th ST. NW., on Monday, September 25, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
