Phillip Isaac Padilla, our beautiful father, fiancé, son, brother, grandson, and friend died March 1, 2021. Phillip was the youngest born to Phillip Padilla and Lindsy Akins. He was a typical boy always playing video games, sports, and hanging out with his two sisters and friends. The home he grew up in was always competitive between the siblings to be the top comedian and get the laughs. Phillip seemed to have it all: intelligence, charisma, athletic ability, thirst for adventure, quick wit, and the ability to develop fast friendships with everyone that met him. He loved to be flashy with his clothing, jewelry and cars even to the point they were gaudy and induced lots of teasing.

Phillip fell in love with Alicia Lovato and together they share a son, his namesake. His son was the light in Phillip's eye. He is loved by so many and will be greatly missed.

Phillip is survived by his son, Phillip Jr.; fiancé, Alicia; mother, Lindsy; two sisters, Alexus and Jozlyn; maternal grandmother, Ardith; step-grandfather, David; paternal grandmother, Michelle. He was preceded in death by his father and paternal grandfather. Viewing will take place at Direct Funeral Service on, 2919 4 ^th St., in Albuquerque on March 12, 2021 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm.  Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Park, 924 Menaul Blvd. NE.
