Peggy Gurule passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022.  Peggy was born on August 31, 1940 to Bennie and Margaret Martinez from Albuquerque.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Gurule.  She is survived by her two kids; Andrew Gurule and Margaret Aguero (husband Martin);  two sisters Annie Espinosa and Priscilla Padilla; four grandchildren Carolyn Wolf (fiancé, Manuel Martinez), Magdalena Gurule, Theresa Ballesteros, Dolores Vallejos (husband Robert); nine great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 9:00 a.m., with a Rosary at 9:30 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. all at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church, 101 - A North 10th Street, Belen, NM 87002.

She will be laid to rest with her husband Paul at the Memorial Gardens Cemetery behind the church.

Pallbearers are Ricky Espinosa, Peter Espinosa, Michael Espinosa, Santiago Gurule, Everette Padilla, Alonzo Ballesteros and Honorary Pallbearer Ramon Vallejos
