Obituary

Mrs. Paige Elaine Lovato, age 68, was born June 6, 1953, in London, England. She passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 24, 2022, surrounded by her loving and treasured family members and friends.

She accepted Christ as Lord and Savior under the late Pastor Lee Wilson at Potter's House Church where she was a faithful and active member. Paige will be fondly remembered for her love of sewing, knitting, quilting. Her special hand-crafted pieces will be forever enjoyed by many generations. Paige loved spending time at her cabin in Ramah, NM with family and friends. Everyone knew her love for kids and she truly wanted every child to have a better life. As well, she loved music, estate sales, crossword puzzles, puzzles, books, watching Judge Judy, playing word games, playing the guitar, and she loved Zumba, to name a few.

Paige was preceded in death by her father, USAF Ret. Lt. Col Edwin H. Simon; her mother, Margaret D. Simon and by her sister, Lori L Loch.

Paige leaves to cherish her memories, her devoted husband of  44 years, Carl David Paul Lovato of the family home in Albuquerque; her beloved sister, Sheryl Wilson and husband Frank of Albuquerque; her brother, Edwin Simon and wife Denise of Tarpon Springs, FL; six treasured children, Aaron Lovato and wife Chantelle, Gabriel Lovato, Sara Lovato and her partner JirMichael Ward, Jose Lovato, Leandra Valencia and Robert Lovato all of Albuquerque; four cherished grandchildren, Ivan Rodriguez, Enrique Murillo, Mason Lovato, JirMari Ward; special nieces and nephews, Christopher Loch and wife Ashlee, Julie Coffman and husband Phil and Steven Smith and wife Tisha as well as a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends who loved and will miss her greatly.

The memorial service will be held at The Potter's House, 8551 Bluewater Rd. NW Albuquerque, NM 87120 on Friday, March 11, 2022, at 10:00 am. A reception will follow in the Church Hall. The family is requesting all who attend to please wear the color purple in some form or fashion.

Following the memorial service the will be a gathering time for family and friends, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at The Paradise Hills Golf Course Country Club, 10035 Country Club Ln. NW. ABQ., NM. 87114
