Nolberto Enriquez Mendoza passed away on Sunday, July 28th, 2024, from battling pancreatic cancer, at his home. He was born on August 25th, 1955, in Namiquipa Chihuahua, Mexico, and he is the son of Francisco and Felicitas Mendoza. He was the ninth out of eleven children; Ofelia, Virginia, Socorro, Eva, Jesus, Nena, Alonso, Irma, Luzelva, and Norma.

He worked as a mechanic and loved to spend his time with his children and grandchildren. He is married to Aurora Mendoza and his children are Eva, Sylvia, Bobby and Edgar. His grandchildren are Christine, Christopher, Dominic, Bennito, Anthony, Gabriel, Elijah, Elias, Jazzlynn, Edgar, Naomi, and Raul.

Nolberto loved to watch boxing, work on cars, and spend time with his family. He always put his family's needs first by working endlessly to make sure everyone's car ran smoothly and never asked for anything in return. His favorite movie and TV show were Shrek and El Chavo del Ocho, and he loved El Paisa's chicharron burrito con frijoles.

A remembrance service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, August 22nd, 2024 at Legacy Church East, located at 4701 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87121. Those who wish to remember Nolberto in a special way may make gifts in his memory.
