Max Jaramillo was born May 13, 1944, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2022, at the age of 78, surrounded by his loving family.

He will be remembered as our beloved husband, father, grandpa, great-grandpa, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.

Max honorably served his country in the United States Air Force. He graduated from Albuquerque High School in 1962 and was a lifelong parishioner of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church where he proudly served as president of the Finance Council, lecturer, and was in charge of the hamburger stand at the annual Church fiestas. As well, he had a love for fast pitch baseball as the coach of the Albuquerque Bulls, played on the Old Timers slow pitch, and also coached little league.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rogelio and Ofelia Jaramillo. Max is survived by his loving wife, Jeannette Jaramillo; children, Robert Jaramillo, Linda Jaramillo-Alfaro and husband Lawrence, Gary Jaramillo and wife Vanessa; grandchildren, Robert, Vanessa and husband Matt, Lawrence Jr. and fiancée Maria, Aaron, Kassandra, Kayden; great grandchildren, Xavier and Annalisa; sisters, Lillie Robles, Lucy Aguilar, Judy Bassett and husband Jim; brother, Jerry Jaramillo and wife Cheryl; as well as other family members and friends who loved him and will miss him greatly.

Services will be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 820 Broadway Blvd. SE. ABQ., NM 87102, on Monday, June 13, 2022.  A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 am, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial with a reception immediately following the Mass.

The interment will be arranged at a later time with United States Air Force Honors.
