Mary Ann Dreiling

August 9, 1942 – September 8, 2023

Mary Ann Dreiling passed away peacefully at home in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Friday, September 8, 2023. Mary Ann was born on August 9, 1942, to Killian and Marna Mae Dreiling in Torrance, California.

She graduated from Victoria High School in 1960. In Denver Colorado, in 1963, she met the father of her children, Joseph John Ryzman, Belinda Ann (Ryzman) Wolff, and Lara (Ryzman) Luedtke. While attending the University of New Mexico, Mary Ann worked various jobs until she completed a Bachelor's degree in Biology in 1977. She worked as an optician for nearly 30 years, and retired from Kaiser Permanente in 2007. After retiring, Mary Ann turned her two passions, sewing and antique collecting, into successful online businesses. A third passion was spending time with her beloved Westies.

Mary Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Bud Johnson; brother, Charles Dreiling; sister, Dolores Stang; and stepson, David Johnson. She is survived by her son, Joseph; daughters, Belinda and Lara (Gregg); her sister, Carol Richmeier (Gerry); stepdaughters, Lora Rogers and Sheila Power (Rick); and stepson, John Johnson (Evelyn); and her grandchildren, Shelby (Luedtke) Howell, Sam Luedtke, Garrett Wolff, Mallory Wolff, Camden Wolff, John Ryzman, and Molly (Ryzman) Laskowski.

A private family memorial service will take place.
