Marie Antoinette Witt (formerly Santillanes, born Gomez) went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 8, 2023.

Marie was born September 14, 1962 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Marie was a beloved wife, daughter, sister, mother, auntie, grandma and friend. She had the biggest heart — Marie had a gift for seeing the best in everyone, and treated others with kindness & dignity.  She was a hard worker, holding many roles throughout her life.  Whether she was housekeeping at La Vida Llena, providing customer service at Safelite, or cashiering at Flying Star Rio Grande, Marie worked hard to excel in each role and left her mark on all those she came in contact with. Marie loved God and sought to serve him in all she did. She enjoyed making delicious food for her family, singing and dancing along to her favorite songs, reading and eating the spiciest red and green chile she could find.

She is survived by her husband, Woody; her parents Dolores & Robert; siblings Yvonne, Angella, Patricia, Ana, and Joe; nieces and nephews; daughters Vinchenza, Ashley, Jade, Reina & her husband Cody; and 10 grandchildren.

A private memorial will be held for immediate family members.
