Linda preceded in death by her beautiful daughter, Cheryl Schulz Lloyd; father, John Stulgate; her mother, Emily Schwertfeger and by her brothers.

Linda lived a full life enjoying spending time with friends, watching and discussing sports including horse races, going to the casino, reading, learning and traveling. An avid traveler Kealoha Linda felt most at home on the island of Oahu where she learned the practice of Ho' oponopono, swam with sea turtles and met Auntie. In Hawaii she enjoyed a successful career as a massage therapist offering her healing touch to many. She later retired from the Forest Service in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Linda wants to be remembered as a kind old broad with a kind old heart that loved everyone. She is remembered by her many friends for her loving hugs, grace, wisdom and thoughtfulness. She is best summed up by her favorite prayer.

Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi (Prayer for Peace)

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

Linda will return to Hawaii with her ashes to be scattered off the coast of Oahu at a future date.

In lieu of flowers, Linda requested donations be made to YWCA Laniakea Honolulu, Hawaii.
