Lillian J Chavez was born in Ranchos De Taos, New Mexico. She passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.

She had strong faith in her beliefs, as a Jehovah's Witness for 43 years. She will be missed greatly.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Martinez; mother, Juanita Richards; brother, Louie Martinez; brother, David Martinez and by her sisters, Gloria Gonzales and Nina Hoch.

Lillian is survived by her husband of 55 years, Orlando; daughter, Juanita Chavez; granddaughter, Ivy Rodriguez; niece, Felicia Spicochi and husband John; nephew, Estevan Gonzales and wife Rebecca. She also had many more nieces and nephews, cousins, other family members and friends who loved and will miss her.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 8904 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87123. Please join us at a reception following at Albuquerque Garden Center, 10120 Lomas Blvd., Albuquerque, NM 87112.
