Lawrence "David" Casias

March 9, 1961 – October 22, 2024

On Tuesday, October 22, 2024, Lawrence "David" Casias, age 63, passed away peacefully.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Joey Casias; his grandparents, Raymundo and Agripina Mares, Faustino and Sylvestra Casias; brother, Paul Casias; nephews, Vincent Garcia, Andrew Garcia and niece Denisha Baldonado.

David is survived by his mom, Olivia Casias; son, Lawrence Casias and wife Lila; brother, Anthony Casias and wife Anna; sisters, Debra Zamora, Doreen Johnson and husband Mark;  grandchildren, Jazmine, Lawrence, Joshuah and bonus grandchildren Joseph and Aliyah; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved and will miss him greatly.  Rosary & Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.  Services will be held at Holy Family Parish, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW., on Tuesday, November 5, 2024. The visitation will begin at 8:00 am. The Rosary will be recited at 8:15 am with the Mass of the Christian Burial being celebrated at 9:00 am. The burial will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery, Coors and Arenal SW. Pallbearers will be Kenneth Encee, Matthew Garcia, Joseph Casias, Eusebio Miramontes, Eugene Miramontes and Martin Garcia.  Honorary pallbearers will be  Joey Casias, Kevin Johnson, Mark Garcia, James Garcia and Chris Garcia.
