Jimmy "Jim" Keswater, born to James and Ruby Keswater on March 9, 1950, in Portales, New Mexico, passed away peacefully on April 12, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Jim began his career as an electrician, a trade that showcased his practical skills and problem-solving abilities. His entrepreneurial spirit later led him to establish BJ Enterprises Ceramic Shop and BJ Molds. These ventures reflected his creativity and craftsmanship, allowing him to make many great friends.

Beyond his professional life, Jim found joy in the outdoors. In his younger years, he had a passion for motorcycles, which later evolved into a love for mountain biking and road biking, especially with his best friend, Dave. He also enjoyed fishing, finding peace and joy in nature.

A man of faith, Jim became a Christian in his 30s. His love for Jesus gave him a compassionate heart that often led to him offering work, or even our home to those who were in need.

He is lovingly remembered by many amazing friends and family members, as well as his wife Bernadette, daughters Tracy (Adam) and Kelly (Sean), grandchildren Anthony (Nickie), Dominick, Thomas, Daniel, Hudson, and Nayeli, great-grandchildren Antonette, Aspen, and Rainey, his brothers Danny (Gail) and Stan, sister Lynda, and of course his beloved furry pal, Ghost. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

We invite you to join us in thanking God for Jim through a Celebration of Life worship service this Saturday, April 19, 2025 at 10:00 am at Del Norte Baptist Church, located at 5800 Montgomery Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.
