Jeannine Jeanne Monique Quigley, age 86, of Dover, Delaware, passed away on November 18, 2024, while visiting her daughter and family in New Mexico. Jeannine was born on January 28, 1938, in Orléans, France. She was the daughter of the late Henri Edmond Ténière and Gabrielle Gorgette Ténière (nee Picot).

Jeannine was the loving wife to the late Jack Marvel Quigley. She is survived by her two daughters, Christine (Endel) Sorra, Kathleen (the late Christopher) Zuccarelli, son Patrick (Colleen) Quigley, grandchildren Aleksander, Sean, Krista-Mari, Shane (Courtney), Casey (Greg), and Jacqueline (David), and great grandchildren Caitlynn, Connor, and Mayven.

Jeannine grew up in France where she met her husband, Jack, who was in the US Army at the time.

Their marriage brought her to the US in 1960 at the age of 22, settling in Magnolia, New Jersey from 1966 to 1989, with their remaining years together in Dover, Delaware. As a devoted wife to a career military veteran, and part of this patriotic community, Jeannine provided a loving and supportive home to her family no matter where their travels took them. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Jeannine loved to cook, enjoyed participating in her church community, and was always busy with her crafts of knitting, crocheting, quilting and sewing. She enjoyed giving her beautiful handmade creations of doilies, decorations, scarves, baby items, blankets, prayer shawls, and so much more to her family and friends. We have and will continue to cherish all these many beautiful gifts of love, along with our loving memories of Jeannine.  Services will be private.
