Jamie Lynn Montoya was called home to be with her dear Lord on Sunday, February 28, 2021.
She was born on September 17, 1956 in Lansing, Michigan to Marilyn Ingram (Chadwick) and James Ingram.

She moved to New Mexico where she attended high school and graduated from Bernalillo High School.  She then attended cosmetology school and received her license. She opened her first salon in Bernalillo, NM and continued to style, cut and color hair for the next 35+ years.

She enjoyed spending time with friends and family and was always told her laugh and smile would light up the room.

She is survived by her brother Kimble Ingram; children Eric Montoya and Charlene Sandoval; grandchildren Marcus Sandoval, Cassandra Sandoval, and John Matthew Montoya.

She was preceded in death by her mother Marilyn Kester, father James Ingram and sister Susan Ingram.

A Memorial service will be held at the Rio Rancho Methodist Church, 1652 Abrazo Rd NE, Rio Rancho, NM on Wednesday, April 10, 2021 at 10:00 am.
