Ismaela Consuelo Carabajal "Connie" was born November 15, 1952 in Bernalillo, New Mexico. She passed away peacefully on Friday, March 14, 2025.

Connie will be remembered as a very adventurous lady who loved to laugh and joke and had a beautiful smile. She was a master at her craft as a jeweler where she perfected her trade in New York, a place she held dear to heart. As well, Connie enjoyed camping, traveling and she loved to spend time with her family and friends. Most of all Connie had a strong faith in God.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rafaelita and Isaac Carabajal; sister, Evelyn Garcia; brother, Isaac Carabajal and by her son, Tino Martinez.

Connie is lovingly survived by her daughter, Ramona Martinez; sisters, Christine Torrez and Elizabeth Baca; grandchildren, Josetino Martinez and Javier Grajeda; as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends who loved her dearly and will miss her.

Memorial Services will be held at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church in Bernalillo, New Mexico on Tuesday, May 13, 2025. The Rosary will be recited at 10:00 am with the Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 am.
