Obituary

Elizabeth Monica Archibeque our beloved sister passed away unexpectedly on October 4, 2022. Liz was born on August 29, 1975, the eighth child of Dan and Mary V. Archibeque.

Liz dedicated her life to being a loving and compassionate care giver. She selflessly cared for our parents and helped raise her nieces and nephews. She was the life of every family get together with her infectious laugh and beautiful spirit.

Liz loved supporting and caring for her nieces and nephews. She was the cool Aunt, attending concerts with them, teaching them to drive, counselling them on life and guiding them with a strong hand and outstretched arm.

Liz is survived by her siblings; Mary (Ken) Behne, Gilbert (Deborah) Archibeque, Gloria (Chuck) Pohl, Isabel (Barbara Purcell) Archibeque, Loretta (Tommy) Sanchez, Gabe (Raquel) Archibeque, Jessica (Jose Quinones) Archibeque and John (Judy Acosta) Archibeque.

Her nieces and nephews, ( Regulators Mount Up ), Robert and Jennifer Reed, Eric Casaus, Gilbert Archibeque, Anthony and Dominic Archibeque, Desiree Pohl, Monique Priest, Leanne Minerd, Charae and Angelique Archibeque, Angelica Lucero, Ashley, Anthony, and Daniel Otero. Lili, Bryan, Ethan, and Lena.

Grandnieces and nephews, Kayla and Aliyana Reed, Jayden, Jase and Jax Priest, Daniel, Matthew and Eulogio Lucero, Santino and Analiyah Otero, Andres and Daizza Ortiz, Michael, Maryssa, Delilah and Alianna.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dan and Mary V. Archibeque, her grandparents, Felipe and Agueda Valencia and Dan and Sadie Archibeque, and nephews Matthew Archibeque and Daniel Reed.

Liz will be missed by her beloved pit bull Rex, her faithful companion who was steadfast by her side.

Services will be held on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 9202 4 th St NW, Rosary at 8:00 AM, Funeral Mass at 9:00 AM, Burial at 10:30 at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd NE.
