With a heavy heart we announce the passing of our beloved Mother Dolores Harris, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, NM.  She passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 97, on Thursday, August 15, 2024.

She is survived by her eldest son Vaughn Lamar Harris II and his wife Cynthia Gomez, his sons Jeremy Harris and Cody Harris.  Son Esteban Duran.

His three children Jhette Gonzales Duran, Anais Alexich Duran and Daniel Alexich Duran. Her daughter, Maxine Harris and wife Elena Boone. Great Granddaughter Lilliana Gonzales Duran.

Fondly known as "Nana", she had a passion for sharing her food with all. She raised her three children as a single parent and taught them the importance of faith, family, generosity and hard work.

A rosary will be recited at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church at 10:30 am on Monday, September 9, 2024, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial.  A celebration of her life will take place after mass at the San Jose De Los Duranes Misson Church hall, 2110 Los Luceros Rd. NW 87104.
