Diana Conger, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister passed away peacefully on February 27, 2026, at the age of 90.

She was born January 24, 1936, in Albuquerque, NM to Arthur A. and Casimira (Casey) Gallegos. She attended Highland High School where she was very athletic and competitive. In 1979 she married Jim Conger. They were married 36 years before he passed away in 2015.

She followed in her mother's footsteps, at her shop, as a hairdresser until her mother retired and closed her shop. She continued at another shop. She loved her customers and coworkers, many of whom were interesting characters.

Diana had a love for playing games and reading. She was a part of the library at her church. She had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. She was especially fond of her dogs – the bigger the better.

She was preceded in death by her sister Patricia (Pat) Kimball, her parents and her husband. Her memory is shared by her daughters Jeneane Anderegg and husband Dennis, Miriam (Mimi) Hoyle and husband Richard, her son Patrick Ryon, her niece Andrea Gaston and Gary Brindamour and nephews Arthur Kimball and wife Valery and John Kimball and partner Monique Chisholm, along with 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.

There will be a remembrance gathering at a future date.
