Darrah Anne Fry, age 47, went home to Jesus after a brief illness on Saturday, October 1, 2022 in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Darrah was a very special and one-of-a-kind, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin and friend.  She will be remembered for her heart of gold, contagious smile, laugh and sense of humor, but most importantly her dedication to Jesus.  She loved to learn by studying the bible and reading books about anything and everything.  She also enjoyed travelling, listening to music and playing a wide variety of puzzles and games.

Darrah is preceded in death by her mother, Cheryl Demers.  She is survived by her father, Tom (Sheila) Fry; step-father, Robert Demers; best friend and soul-sister, Cheyanne Volquardsen; sister, Tracy (Josh) Carter; step-brother, Bryan (Brooke) Demers; step-sister, Kelly (Bobby) Tellez; step-sister, Rhonda (Dick) Schaefer; step-sister, Brenda (Tim) Watson; step-brother, Jamie (Jennifer) Kettles; step-sister, Shirley (Mark) Hafliger; several nieces and nephews, as well as many other family members and friends who loved and will miss her dearly.

Darrah was generous and always tried to "pay it forward".  In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice and of course please donate any old books to your local library.
