Darlene Lynn Luken was born May 3, 1951 in Minneapolis, Minnesota. My wife, Darlene Luken, has died from cancer on Thursday, December 7, 2023 in Albuquerque where I was able to take care of her at our home.

She is lovingly survived by her by husband of 47 years, Scott Austin. I was lucky and blessed to have her in my life for 47 years. Darlene is now at peace in heaven.

A gathering of friends, to celebrate her life will be held on at American Legion Post 49 in Albuquerque on Thursday, December 14, 2023 from 1:00 pm to -5:00 pm. Additional Memorial services will be held at Lakewood Cemetery Chapel, Minneapolis, MN on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

A special thank you to the Ladies in Four Hills for being close friends that she cherished for the last ten years.
