Charlie D. Vigil, age 72, was born in Mora, New Mexico on August 06, 1949. He went to be with the Lord Monday, May 23, 2022 at his home with his family by his side.

Charlie will be remembered as a very hardworking and funny man who loved sweets. He was always so proud of all the hard work he did remodeling his home.

Charlie was preceded in death by his mother, Antonia Vigil; his wife, Eleanor Vigil; brothers, Vidalito Vigil and Samuel Vigil; sisters, Sophia Vigil, Barbara Tafoya and Erlinda Baca.
He is survived by two children; his daughter, Brenda Sedillo her husband Mario Sedillo; his son, Carlos Vigil and his girlfriend Amanda Lucero; six grandchildren, Angelo Lucero, Celeste Lucero, Carlos Vigil, Brandi Lucero, Benito Lucero and Ava Vigil and one great grandson, Christian Vigil; four brothers, Gilbert Vigil and Wife Julia, Claudio Vigil and Wife Carmen, Elemer Vigil and wife Marcela, George Vigil and wife Bersave; one sister, Stella Delorenzo and lots of extended family members and many friends who loved him greatly. Charlie will be missed by all, as he touched so many people throughout his lifetime.
Services will held at Holy Family Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW. on Monday, June 13th, 2022. The Rosary will be recited at 8:30 am, with the funeral Mass being celebrated at 9:00 am. The burial will take place at Mt. Calvary after the mass at 10:30am. There will then be a reception following the services at The American Legion Post #13, 1201 Legion Rd NE Alb NM 87102.
