Bruce Arthur Neff, age 82, will be greatly missed, having passed November 16, 2022. He is survived by his loving wife, daughter, son, and granddaughter: Rexene, Cindy, Steve, and Nichole Neff. He was born to Margaret (Coleman) Neff and Floyd Neff in Farmington, New Mexico and he would later raise his children and granddaughter in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Bruce served in the U.S. Navy and married Rexene on June 17, 1966. He was a surveyor for the state, proud of his contribution to our freeways, and retired at the age of 50.

He was a dedicated Scout Master, an avid astronomer, talented woodworker, held a passion for genealogy, and could make a beautiful bowl of salsa from scratch. Alongside his wife, he cared for countless animals, but his greatest pride and joy was his family.

In 1966, Bruce married Rexene and began to raise a family. There was never a concert missed to support his daughter's music, and a dedicated Webelos Leader for the Cub Scouts and later Scout Master for his son's Boy Scout troop. As a grandfather, he remained a supportive and loving presence at his granddaughter's concerts and martial arts shows.

A Celebration of Life was held for Bruce on November 29, 2022, and he will rest in peace at Sunset Memorial Park.
