Angelo Tero Archuleta

1978 - 2025

Our beloved Angelo Tero Archuleta, age 47, passed away on Saturday, December 27th, 2025, surrounded by loved ones and leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories. His life touched countless people, and his memory will be carried forward through those who he loved.

Angelo was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Throughout his childhood, he was very strong and protective towards the people who meant most to him. He managed to carry those traits into adulthood, creating a strong, independent man who was always the main protector of his family. Angelo was a man who impacted many lives around him from his words of inspiration to his humorous personality. Although he was a strong man, he had such a kind and caring soul for those around him; his compassion and kindness emerged from his love of God. Angelo was a God-fearing man and was never afraid to display his faith towards the Lord; he was constantly preaching his faith to those around him.

Angelo mastered the art of plumbing throughout his education, leading him to create a flourishing independent business of his own. Alongside the art of plumbing, he had also enjoyed fishing and camping with his loved ones. It was very common to find Angelo along the lakeside making his loved one laugh or in the comfort of his home watching the Bears game yelling with passion. Angelo found great joy in football and made it a staple to watch the game with his family every Sunday, with his favorite saying being "Da Bears!".

Angelo is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Monaee Archuleta; his two children, Mikayla and Marcus Archuleta; his mother, Loretta Archuleta and significant other Mario Apodaca; his father, Frank Archuleta and wife, Barbara Archuleta; his siblings, Michelle Khader and husband Edward Khader Jr.; brother, Joseph Archuleta; nieces and nephews, Edward Khader III, Ariana Khader and Nevaeh Archuleta. Additional family members are as follows: mother-in-law, Paula Romero and husband Gerald Romero; grandmother, Antonette Romero; grandfather, Paul Romero and wife Pricilla Romero. As well as numerous uncles, Aunts, cousins, and friends who loved and will miss him.

Services will be held at Calvary Church of Albuquerque, 4001 Osuna Rd. NE, on Monday, January 19, 2026 at 11:30 am. A Reception will follow services at the Loyal Order of Moose, 2121 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM, 87102.
