Edward Leonard Klewicki, age 90, was born on November 6, 1925 in Porchester, NY and passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 in Albuquerque, NM.
Edward was a Radio Operator who worked in the field of Cryptography in the Air Force and retired from Government service. He was an amateur painter, a history buff and loved geology. He will be remembered as a proud father and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his wife Bok Soon Klewicki.
Edward is survived by his son Edward A. Klewicki; daughter in-law, Debbie Klewicki; daughter, Dorothy A. Klewicki; grandchildren, Alexander Klewicki, Brandon Klewicki and Kelly Otero.
A Viewing will be held in the Chapel of Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St. NW. ABQ. 87107 on Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 11:00am. Burial will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:15pm with U.S. Air Force Honors. In Lieu of flowers, contributions to the “Wounded Warrior Project” would be appreciated.
